HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDERS

• We currently work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• We ship orders from Monday to Friday
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours
• For example, an order arrives on Tuesday, so it leaves our warehouse on Wednesday/Thursday
• Orders recieved during the weekend will be processed on Monday and Tuesday

During the year, we ship 95% of orders within 24 hours of being accepted into the system

HOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS

• Our customer service service is currently available for you Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Therefore, if you need anything, please also use our e-mail info@adamsport.eu, where we try to answer you even outside the working hours

✓ the fastest form of delivery already on the second working day

✓ information about the shipment and the package number will be sent to your e-mail, which you specified in the order

✓ order will be delivered from 48 to 96 hours in working days depending on the distance of the country

✓ courier will deliver the order from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will always give a notice before arrival

✓ however, you can also agree on another delivery date or time with the courier, in this case please contact the GLS customer center and arrange the delivery with them
