M45 is an excellent choice. In one package you get the combination of a large backpack with the stability and compatibility of a smaller pack. It offers several practical features that every user will appreciate. For example, access through the top lid or from the back via a zipper, which saves time and effort when the backpack is loaded with gear.

To maintain its shape, the back construction is reinforced with a 3 mm aluminum frame. The back panel features the XAir ventilation system, which consists of foam support points (3D EVA foam) and mesh for maximum breathability.

The removable hip belt provides one textile gear loop and a zippered pocket. The backpack allows attachment of two ice axes or trekking poles and a helmet. It is also compatible with a hydration bladder. The entire backpack is equipped with adjustment straps exactly where you would expect them. Of course, the height of the sternum strap is adjustable.

The top lid includes one main pocket and a smaller pocket on the underside for valuables, and it can be easily removed.
