Lightweight, multi-purpose descending and belay brake; can be used for catching a second climber in Reverso mode.

The lightweight REVERSO is a multifunctional belay and abseil brake, designed for sport rock climbing, multi-length climbing and mountaineering. Reverso mode allows assisted braking when one or two second climbers are caught from the belay position from above. It allows the adaptation of various rope diameters: single ropes 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half ropes 7.1 to 9.2 mm and double ropes 6.9 to 9.2 mm. The special design of the rope grooves allows for smooth gliding and reduced rope wear.

Multi-purpose and easy to use:
-classic belaying technique with both hands on the rope
-the rope passes smoothly through the brake
-can be used for rappelling
-reverso mode for catching one or two second climbers; commonly used in multi-length climbing
-independent and simultaneous belaying of two secondary climbers in Reverso mode
-when belaying in Reverso mode, a carabiner placed in the release hole allows the breaker to release the rope that is under tension
-installation drawings of the belay cables and Reverso mode shown on the brake body

Adaptation to a wide range of rope diameters:
-v-shaped friction grooves allow braking control
-compatibility with dynamic 8.5 to 10.5 mm diameter (11 mm possible, depending on the flexibility of the rope)
-compatible with dynamic half ropes with a diameter of 7.1 to 9.2 mm
-compatible with dynamic double ropes with a diameter of 6.9 to 9.2 mm

Durable and lightweight:
-rounded shape of the rope grooves reduces wear and extends the life of the brake
-compact and lightweight: only 57 g
