What are the benefits of frozen food?
Appearance - Freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrink due to the high processing temperature. Simply add water and within minutes, the food is back to its original form.
Taste - they taste as good as fresh. Freezing removes the water, not the taste. So freeze-dried foods retain virtually all their flavours, vitamins and nutritional content.
Weight - weighs less than fresh. Freezing gets rid of 98% of the water in the food. This significantly reduces weight, making handling easier and reducing transport costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freezing - one tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life - frozen food can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or deterioration. Warranty period 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage facilities, making storage much cheaper
