The GOBLIN mobile fall arrest system represents a significant step forward in safety when working at height. It is designed for use with 10-11 mm diameter static rope. The shape of the cam ensures smooth movement on the rope, both when ascending and descending. Adding to the user's comfort is the use of the CAMP Rope Surfer plastic sleeve , fitted to one of two types of CAMP Goblin Lanyard or Goblin Rope Lanyard loops (not included).

When catching a fall, the rope is loaded much more gently than in mechanisms equipped with teeth, thanks to a very short slip, which (without the need for a fall damper) reduces the impact force (the force acting on the user's body at the moment of catching the fall) to half the values common in other devices.

Switching between output and salting is very simple and is done at the touch of a button. The forged stainless steel cam and other mechanical parts in combination with the solid aluminium alloy sidewalls guarantee exceptional durability and product longevity.

Standards:

• EN 12841/B for use in rope access as a backup fall arrest device placed on a safety rope, or as a blocking device for the ascent of persons with max. Weight 120 kg on the working rope. At the same time, it can be used for rescue in rope access with max. Load 200 kg.
• EN 353-2 for use as a fall arrest device for persons with max. Weights 120 kg using certified ropes.
• ANSI Z359.1 for use as a fall arrest device for persons with max. Weighing 130 kg / 300 lbs, certified with Lithium 11mm rope with sewn eyelets.
