Fenix The WT16R is a multi-purpose rechargeable flashlight with a remote reflector and a side wide light with up to 300 lumens. The light source in the driving reflector is a pair of Cree XP-E2 LEDs, the side light contains several COB LEDs. This side light has a wide light cone with uniform intensity that is not only ideal for workplace illumination, it also has a yellow flashing warning function. The Fenix WT16R flashlight also features a sturdy steel clip for easy carrying on your belt or pocket. It is also equipped with two strong magnets, one is located on the side and the other on the bottom. The luminaire can thus be easily mounted on an iron surface in two different positions. With its variability, the lantern is designed specifically for work use, but it is also great for home and camping.

The flashlight is powered by a built-in 3.7 V / 2000 mAh Lithium Polymer battery, which is recharged with a cable via USB-C connector (cable included).

All luminaire parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Using the LED luminaire Fenix WT16R

The torch is switched on and off by pressing the button for 0.5 seconds, once it is switched on, the light modes are switched by pressing it briefly. To switch between the main beam and the side wide beam, hold the button for 1.2 seconds. The lamp has a memory and always switches on in the last light mode when switched on again.

The control button can be locked to prevent spontaneous switching on, e.g. when transporting in luggage. When the lamp is switched off, press the control button twice quickly (within 0.5 seconds), the lamp will then flash twice to indicate locking. To unlock, press the button twice quickly again.

Overheating protection: when operating at maximum power, the luminaire will gradually reduce the luminous flux to 200 lumens after five minutes when using the main reflector or to 150 lumens when using the side reflector.

The flashlight is charged using a USB-C connector that can be plugged into a computer, power bank, USB mains adapter or USB car adapter. During charging, the indicator LED next to the button lights up red and turns green when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes using a 2A power supply.

Charge status indication: after a short press of the button (the luminaire must be switched off), the LED battery charge indicator next to the button is activated. A green light indicates that the battery is over 85% charged, a green flash at 50-85%, a red light indicates 25-50%, and a red flash indicates that the battery is less than 25% charged.
