Cepin Camp X-Dream - black
The C.A.M.P. X-Dream is a top-tier ice axe designed for ice climbing, mixed routes, dry tooling and technical alpinism. The new generation of the legendary X-Dream pushes performance and adjustability even further. Thanks to the innovative joint between the shaft and the handle, you can instantly switch between ICE and DRY modes—without any disassembly.
In ICE mode (48° / 100°), the axe delivers a natural, balanced swing and secure placement with minimal effort. DRY mode (60° / 105°) creates a more closed, ergonomic geometry that excels on extremely steep terrain and in pure dry tooling.
The head is fully modular and supports multiple picks, a hammer, an adze, and optional weights. The standard configuration includes the Omni pick, X-Hammer Lite, and 40 g X-Weight balance weights, delivering outstanding performance on vertical ice right out of the box.
Optional Picks:
Ice Pick – moves the tip 6 mm closer to the handle while maintaining Omni geometry.
Hard Mixte Pick – made from Armox Advance ballistic steel with aggressive teeth for mixed routes.
Total Dry 2.0 Pick – also Armox Advance, optimized for pure dry tooling with a constant 4 mm thickness.
The handle has been redesigned internally for a better fit across all hand sizes, and the X-Finger Evo system allows fine adjustment of the finger rest. The low-profile spike can be easily removed with a single screw. The shaft features the new X-Grip Evo, improving both insulation and grip security.
