The complete, ultra-lightweight and compact RAD SYSTEM (Rescue And Descent) kit allows alpine skiers in mountainous terrain to always have the equipment needed for glacier rescue, rappelling or short ascents. The kit includes a storage bag, 30 meters of RAD LINE 6 mm diameter cord, carabiners, blockers and a sewn webbing loop, the equipment needed to assemble the hoist.

• 30 m RAD LINE 6 mm hyperstatic cord, specially developed for crevasse rescue, abseiling and short rope ascents

• Hyperstatic cord with rough braid for excellent handling and speed control when abseiling or braking when catching a fall into an icy crevasse
• Hyperstatic cord has less than 2% elongation, making rescue easier and eliminating the yo-yo effect during rappelling or hoist retrieval
