The Camp Voyager ski mountaineering helmet is designed to comply with the strict ISMF regulations and thus meets the certifications for mountaineering (EN 12492) and alpine skiing (EN 1077/B). The dual certification ensures greater safety from side impacts and better protects the skier's head. To meet the stringent EN 1077/B certification standard, an in-mold construction with an extremely hard and impact resistant ABS plastic shell is used. The inner core is made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), which is additionally reinforced with a layer of polycarbonate (PC) to help absorb shock and increase durability. For maximum breathability, 17 holes have been placed in the shell. The helmet can be fine-tuned with the included liners (5mm and 10mm) to fit your head precisely, it can be customized to your current needs as a downhill, skialp or climbing helmet thanks to the removable ear covers and the pull-off wheel. These accessories make the Voyager a great helmet for all types of skiing. Of course, there are headlamp or ski goggle holders to keep the accessories exactly in place. The system of attaching the accessories to the helmet is easy even with gloves on and without having to take the helmet off. The Voyager is also equipped with the RECCO® system, thanks to which the RECCO® receiver board can be used to pick up the signal of a lost or buried person, WARNING The system does not replace the classic avalanche locator!
