Product description
High visibility version of the Petzl Vertex helmet thanks to a fluorescent outer shell with phosphorescent clips and reflective strips for optimum worker visibility day and night.
- The chin strap with adjustable strength makes it ideal protection for both work at height and ground work - reducing the risk of losing the helmet during a possible fall (the buckle can withstand a force greater than 50 daN).
- Unvented outer shell protects against electrical hazards, molten metals and flames.
- The six-point strap suspension system moulds to the shape of the head.
- Shock absorption is achieved by deforming the outer shell.
- The CENTERFIT adjustment system guarantees precise centering and optimal stability of the helmet on the head. The headband is easily adjusted by simultaneously turning the two side wheels, even with gloves on.
- The FLIP & FIT system allows the headband to be positioned in the down position, ensuring the helmet sits securely on the head.
- Protection designed for work at height (EN 12492) or on the ground (EN 397): - DUAL chinstrap allows the worker to vary the strength of the chinstrap to adapt the helmet to different working environments as required.
- All Petzl helmets can be adapted to special protection and lighting requirements in seconds, thanks to the EASYCLIP system and various integrated threaded inserts.
- The helmet folds into a case for easy storage and transport.
- Modular accessories - extended range of eye and face shields, headlamps and accessories.
- The helmet's high visibility is due to the fluorescent outer shell with phosphorescent clamps and reflective strips for optimum worker visibility day and night.
