Long grain rice (36%) / chicken (14%) / onion (13%) / red pepper (8%) / green beans (8%) / sweet corn (8%) / canola oil, egg omelette, crushed garlic, teriyaki sauce (soy sauce (water, salt, GM free soybeans, roasted wheat,) sugar, wine vinegar, ginger, salt, garlic, cornstarch), salt, white pepper.
Preparation:
1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Remove the bag containing the oxygen absorber (a non-flammable bag containing moisture-absorbing iron oxide).
3. Pour hot water (350 ml) into the bag and stir.
4. Seal the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir or season.
Food can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as required.

What are the benefits of frozen food?
Appearance - Freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrink due to the high processing temperature. Simply add water and within minutes, the food is back to its original form.
