The rechargeable Fenix E35R flashlight offers a luminous flux of up to 3100 lumens (ANSI) and a range of up to 260 meters. Excellent performance was achieved by using the modern LED Luminus SST-70. Power is supplied by a high-capacity Li-ion battery type 21700 with a capacity of 5000 mAh. It is recharged via the USB-C connector on the side of the lamp. The E35R replaces the popular E35 V3.0, but with the addition of a built-in charging connector and magnetic end cap. The luminaire has been designed with ease of use and wide applicability in mind. Six light functions allow you to choose between high performance and more than two and a half days of life. There is also a blinding strobe for emergency situations. Fenix The E35R is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to ensure constant light output even when the battery voltage decreases (as it gradually discharges). The flashlight is equipped with an ultra-thin collimator that is made using technology from the automotive industry. Both switching on and switching modes is done by a button ergonomically placed on the side. Practical is the magnet in the end cap, the lamp can be attached to iron objects.

Using the work lamp Fenix E35R

There may be an insulating cap on the battery inside the luminaire at the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.

To switch on or off, hold the side button for about 0.5 seconds, the flashlight will always switch to the last selected mode except for the two highest modes (turbo and high). The power modes can be switched at any time during operation by pressing the side button. The strobe can be activated by holding the button for 1.2 seconds (the lamp must be on). When the button is released, the strobe turns off.

Charging - remove the rubber cap of the charging connector on the side of the lamp and plug in the included cable (USB-C connector), plug the other end of the cable into a computer or USB adapter to the mains or car. During charging, the indicator LED is red. When fully charged, the light turns green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approx. 3 hours (with 2A power supply). The 30, 150 and 350 lumens modes can be used during charging.

Intelligent overheating protection - If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the power is automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 60°C, the highest output can be used again.

Indication of the battery charge status - after a short press of the button (the lamp must be switched off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. As long as the indicator LED is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If it glows red, it is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates that less than 25% of the battery capacity remains.

Button lock - to prevent unwanted switching on of the luggage lamp, press the button twice quickly for 0.5 seconds (the lamp must be switched off), the lamp will then flash twice in low mode and cannot be switched on. To unlock, quickly press the button twice again. Unintentional switching on can also be prevented by loosening the lamp body.

Low battery warning - the side button flashes red and the flashlight automatically switches to the lowest mode.

Notice

• Do not disassemble the sealed part in the lamp head yourself, this will breach the warranty.
• Only use high-quality Li-ion 21700 batteries to avoid damaging the luminaire, for example due to battery leakage.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings also need to be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the luminaire will be properly protected against water.
• If the lamp is flickering, not switching to a higher wattage, or not lighting up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • The battery is dead, charge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The lamp body is loose, tighten it.
