  • The discount applies to selected stock range.
  • The extra discount cannot be applied to ski mountaineering sets (they will not be included in the discount coupon), other advantageous sets or gift vouchers.
  • Cannot be combined with other discount coupons or membership discounts (JAMES, HIKEMATES, ALPENVEREIN, KST etc.).
  • The extra discount does not apply to goods with a delivery time of up to 3 days / up to 5 days / up to 7 days / per order.

Important information when processing orders

Your order is handled by a team of people and we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible:

  • We process orders chronologically, sequentially as they come into our system.
  • If your order is in the status: received in the system, we have not yet started processing the order.
  • If the order is in the status: goods have been ordered from the supplier, we had to reorder some goods from your order and we know for sure that they will arrive, so please be patient (delivery depends on the type of goods, sometimes it is 3 days, for some items it is up to 7 days).
  • If the order is in the status: in process, the goods are ready to be shipped.
  • If the order is in status: shipped it means that we have sent it by courier company to you at the address you have chosen.
  • Personal collections - we ask that you only come to collect your order when it is in the status: ready for personal collection
  • It may also happen that we are no longer able to dispatch some of the goods in your order, as they have been purchased by someone before you or we are no longer able to source the product from our suppliers. We will inform you of the change in your order, if necessary, by phone or email. 


If you have decided to change the order, this is only possible in the status: accepted into the system, if the order is in the status of being processed / shipped, the order can not be edited or modified.
