Important information when processing orders

Due to the enormous interest in the event, we would like to inform you about the details of the processing of your orders. We therefore ask for your patience in processing it. We have a team of people working on your order and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

  1. We process orders chronologically, sequentially as they come into our system
  2. We already know with certainty that orders that arrive these days will all ship out immediately, so delivery to your home or delivery address will take longer than you are used to with us.
  3. If your order is in the status: accepted into the system, we have not yet started processing the order
  4. If your order is in status: goods have been ordered from the supplier, we have had to reorder some of the goods in your order and we know for sure that they will arrive, so please be patient (delivery depends on the type of goods, sometimes it is 3 days, for some items it is up to 7 days)
  5. If the order is in the status: in process, the goods are being prepared for dispatch
  6. If the order is in status: shipped it means that we have sent it by courier company to your chosen address.
  7. It may also happen that we are no longer able to dispatch some of the goods in your order, as they have been purchased by someone before you or we are no longer able to source the product from our suppliers. We will inform you of the change in your order by phone or email if necessary.

Dear Customers, we ask that you do not call for information regarding your order while your order is being processed. We will inform you about everything.
