Long grain rice (33%) / sliced tomatoes (14%) / onion (14%) / chicken (13%) / cream (milk) (7%), white yoghurt (milk) (6%) / rapeseed oil, Tikka Curry paste (wine vinegar, tomato puree, sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, coriander, garam masala, crushed coriander, sugar, ground paprika, sea salt, skimmed milk powder, concentrated lemon juice, crushed cumin, crushed fenugreek (Greek hay), cardamom powder, Chilli powder, lactic acid, bay leaf, thickener (xanthan gum) preservative (ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate)), garlic, corn flour, Chilli.

Preparation:
1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Remove the bag containing the oxygen absorber (a non-flammable bag containing moisture-absorbing iron oxide).
3. Pour hot water (525 ml) into the bag and stir.
4. Seal the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir or season.

Food can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as required.

What are the benefits of frozen food?
Appearance - Freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrink due to the high processing temperature. Simply add water and within minutes, the food is back to its original form.
