Product description

The second generation of the extremely powerful Fenix BC30 V2.0 bike light delivers up to 2200 lumens (ANSI). A pair of 18650 rechargeable Li-ion batteries with the plus pole exposed can be used for power (18650s without the plus pole exposed in the lamp have insufficient contact), or four disposable CR123A batteries. The light source is two modern LED Luminus SST-40. The luminaire uses the proven 'Dual Distance Beam System' dual light direction technology. The main cone of light is generated by specially designed optics and reaches up to 187 metres, while a secondary wide cone of beams completes the optical member, which is shaped at the top so that upward light refracts down to the ground. This creates a cone that seamlessly illuminates the entire area in front of the bike - even in places that conventional bike lights don't cover. Compared to the last generation, the bike light is equipped with a wireless remote control, which can be used to change light modes or activate Burst mode. The bracket design allows for quick mounting and removal of the light to the handlebars without tools, plus the bracket allows for quick removal of the light so it can also be used as a high powered handheld light. The holder can be used on all handlebar diameters from 22 to 32 millimetres. There are a total of six digitally controlled power modes, including a warning flash and low battery warning. The Fenix BC30 V2.0 Cycle Light will provide you with quality lighting for night training, regular commuting and 24-hour races.

The wireless remote switch is powered by a CR1632 battery that lasts approximately 360 hours of use.
Overheat protection - if the luminaire gets hot above a safe threshold, it will automatically switch to a lower power level.
