Product description

The Fenix TK26R tactical rechargeable flashlight with white, red and green LEDs offers a peak lumen output of up to 1500 lumens (ANSI) in white light. It is fitted with the top-of-the-range Luminus SST-40 LED, which in combination with a finely textured reflector produces a well-focused light cone with a range of 350 metres. In addition, it is equipped with two Cree XP-E2 LEDs with red and green light with a wide light cone. The included 18650 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh can be charged directly in the flashlight via the USB-C connector. The rugged design makes this tactical flashlight suitable for harsh outdoor conditions, for professionals, armed forces and hunting. Thanks to its solid design, the Fenix TK26R LED luminaire is as strong as a tank and yet maintains a compact size. The luminaire is powered by digitally regulated constant current to guarantee constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (when they are slowly discharged). Fenix The TK26R has a total of seven light modes with up to 100 hours of operation.

All luminaire parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Parameters of the LED luminaire Fenix TK26R:

• It uses a powerful Luminus SST-40 LED with a lifetime of 50,000 hours of illumination and red and green Cree XP-E2 LEDs.

• Seven power modes: - five white light modes: 1500 lumens (1.4 hours) -> 350 lumens (4.7 hours) -> 150 lumens (10.8 hours) -> 10 lumens (100 hours) -> strobe 1500 lumens (strobe flicker) - two coloured light modes: red light 150 lumens (4.3 hours) -> green light 200 lumens (5.15 hours).

• Parabolic aluminium reflector for a perfect light cone with a range of up to 350 metres (30150 cd). The range of the red light is 30 meters (218 cd) and the green light is 40 meters (452 cd).

• It uses a single rechargeable high-capacity 18650 3500 mAh Li-ion battery included in the package for power.

• Two disposable CR123A batteries can be used in an emergency.

• Charging via USB-C connector, indication of battery charge status.

• Electronics with digital constant power control and protection against reverse insertion of batteries.

• The lamp has a memory and will always switch on in the last set mode (not valid for strobe and coloured light modes).

Application:

There may be a black insulating cap on the battery inside the luminaire at the factory. Remove it before first use. To turn on, press the larger tactical button located at the end of the flashlight, hold the button for immediate activation. By pressing the smaller button at the end of the lamp, you can switch between the white light modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode, hold down the smaller button for about 0.5 seconds. To activate the coloured light, press the third button on the side of the luminaire (the luminaire must be switched on). Press the side button again to switch between red and green light. To return to white light mode, press the smaller button on the end of the lamp.

Intelligent overheating protection - if the temperature of the luminaire rises above 65°C, it will automatically start to reduce the power in gradual steps until the luminaire's temperature stabilizes. As soon as the temperature of the luminaire drops below 65°C, the output is automatically increased to the original level again.

Indication of the battery charge status - each time the lamp is switched on, the indication LED in the side button of the lamp is activated for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If it glows red, it is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates that less than 25% of the battery capacity remains. (The indication only works when using a 18650 Li-ion battery). If the battery is discharged, the luminaire will automatically switch to lower power modes, then the indicator LED in the side button will flash red in the lowest mode.

Charging the lamp - remove the rubber cap of the USB-C connector on the side of the lamp and plug it into a computer, mains USB adapter or USB car adapter (adapters not included) using the included USB cable. Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can be used for charging. During charging, the indicator LED in the side button is red, after a full charge it turns green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 3 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the light can be recharged at any time. Thoroughly seal the USB connector cap after each charge.

Warning:

• Use only high quality 18650 Li-ion batteries or. CR123A to prevent damage to the luminaire, for example due to battery leakage.

• Insert the batteries with the positive terminal towards the lamp head.

• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings also need to be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the luminaire will be properly protected against water.

• If the lamp is flickering, not switching to higher power modes, or not lighting up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The battery is almost dead - charge it.

  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

  • The head, body or rear of the lamp is loose - tighten them.
