Fenix The HM50R V2.0 is the second generation of the popular rechargeable headlamp with up to 700 lumens of power, 115 meters of range and a red light. Either the RCR123A Li-ion battery (included) or a disposable CR123A battery (limited to 130 lumens) can be used for power. The RCR123A battery can be recharged via the USB-C connector directly in the headlamp. The light source is a high-end LED Cree XP-G3 S4 with a daylight tint (6000 K). The control button on the side of the headlamp also has a built-in indicator diode, which when pressed shows the battery charge status.

The headlamp is also equipped with an extended endurance function. With prolonged use, it gradually reduces the output in small increments to achieve longer illumination times (see endurance chart). The all-metal construction ensures high durability, optimal cooling and is also fully waterproof according to IP68 standard up to a depth of 2 meters underwater. The practicality of the headlamp is enhanced by the ability to remove the light from the head holder and use it as a small pocket flashlight.
