Product description
The steel for the knives comes from Germany. It also contains elements such as silicon, carbon, molybdenum and vanadium to achieve the best possible properties. Its hardness then reaches 57-59 on the Rockwell scale. The wooden handle of the closing knives gives the user a specific feeling in the hand, which is completely different from knives with a plastic handle. The most commonly used material is beech. However, the more exotic bubinga with its dark brown to red colour is also very popular and smooth olive is also available.
