Smoked meat with lentils is a traditional and popular dish not only in the Czech Republic. In addition to its delicious taste, it also offers a handful of nutrients that you'll appreciate especially on the road or during sporting activities. We complemented the energy-rich lentil ragout with a great diced farmer's ham. Ham is 98% meat. Black Beluga lentils, complemented by roasted vegetables and the distinct flavour of balsamic vinegar and other spices, will keep you full and energised for hours. Thanks to its consistency, the food is quickly heated through all its layers.
