The DCHROM 1>>3 Mirror lens has photochromic properties so that it automatically tints according to the intensity of the incident sunlight and continuously varies the proportion of transmitted luminous flux from 80% (filter grade 1) to 8% (filter grade 3). The response of the lens to changes in light intensity is very fast, providing excellent protection for the eyes in a wide range of lighting conditions.

The material of the lens (visor) also guarantees high eye protection in case of unwanted impact. The polycarbonate from which the lens is made is specially hardened with enhanced scratch protection. If it breaks, it won't shatter into tiny fragments that could hurt your eyes, but it will crack in a spiderweb-like fashion, much like windshields on cars. DCHROM MIRROR lens filters 100% of harmful UV-A and UV-B radiation.

The ultralight frame made of TR90 Ultralight material gives the whole model an airy feel, as the goggles weigh only 30 g. The wide frame in conjunction with the panoramic lens provide effective mechanical protection from dust, insects, snow and other foreign substances that could enter the eyes during sporting activity. Thanks to the flexible design, the glasses adapt ergonomically to the face, improving their aerodynamic properties, the air flows smoothly around the contour of the visor.

Are you tired of the full-frame design? No problem, the bottom of the RIM frame can be removed and change the look of the glasses. In the supplied package you will also find a spare RIM bottom frame in white or black ( contrasting with the frame color) and you can change the design of the glasses in an instant. The stretchers are adjustable and made of soft, hypoallergenic material. Their ergonomics and rubberization guarantee stability on the nose and prevent microslips to the tip of the nose during head shakes. The frame is adapted for the insertion of a diopter clip. The clip is supplied separately and the required diopters will be selected by your optician. Other coloured tinted lenses can also be purchased separately.
