The Verticalboard One from French brand YY Vertical has been designed to work on strength, resistance and endurance during your climbing workout . It is particularly suitable for strengthening the muscle, tendon and ligament structures of the fingers, forearms, arms and back, which are used in climbing. This training board is made of poplar, a wood that offers excellent grip and respects your skin. The holders with rounded angles have also been designed to be as comfortable and ergonomic as possible. Designed in the French Alps, the Verticalboard has been created, tested (and approved!) by experienced climbers and trainers. It is for all levels (5b to 8b) thanks to its 15 progressive holds. The magnetic insert system allows you to challenge and develop by reducing the depth of the handles by 10mm. Are you afraid of losing your wedges? No problem, you can store them on the magnetic holders on the sides of the hangboard. The central handle is ideal for all levels, whether you're performing single arm pull-ups or attaching a rubber band to perform weighted pull-ups.
