TM 5037 Slovak karst - Tatraplan

The Slovak Karst is a national park with an area of 34 611 ha and is situated in the south-eastern part of Slovakia, on its border with Hungary, on whose territory it continues as Aggteleki karaszt (Aggteleki Nemzeti Park). Administratively it belongs to the Košice Self-Governing Region, originally to the districts of Rožňava and Košice-vidiek. Historically, this territory was incorporated into the Gemerská stoica (county) and later into the Gemersko-Malohontská stoica (county).
