Sno-Seal® is a genuine beeswax impregnation that protects the skin from rain, sun, snow and salt. It repels sprinkling salt exceptionally well and thus prevents the formation of stains on shoes. It prevents water from penetrating the skin, as it fills the skin pockets on the skin's surface and dries into a solid wax. Sno-Seal® also protects the leather from drying out and keeps it supple and strong in the driest climates.

However, thanks to its original composition, it does not penetrate through all layers of the skin. On the contrary, creams, oils and animal fat products seep through all the layers of the skin, so that they gradually clog all its pores and fill the natural vents in the structure of the material, which are supposed to insulate and also absorb sweat.

Animal fats and oils erode and break down the skin. In the tannery, the fat is removed from the leather to keep it intact. So why skin them? Unlike animal fats, Sno-Seal® does not spoil and therefore does not erode or degrade the skin.

Sno-Seal® allows you to feel more comfortable even in boots with Gore-Tex® membrane, etc. Sno-Seal® does not affect the function of the Gore-Tex® membrane and it does not protect the surface of the shoe from moisture and other adverse influences. Although the membrane protects your feet from moisture penetration from the outside, but when the shoe is soaked with water, the skin can not breathe, it is impermeable. The drenched skin then draws heat away from the feet, leading to a feeling of dampness and coolness.

Sno-Seal® will not only keep you warm and dry, but also help you resist fatigue. An ordinary leather shoe can soak up to half a kilogram of water. This means that you have to lift an extra 688 kg when walking a distance of 1 km. Sno-Seal® keeps the entire shoe dry, warm and lightweight.

Use: impregnation on smooth leather products, shoes, etc. Recommended for footwear with Gore-Tex®, Sympatex®, etc.

Number of applications required: 1 only.

Method of application: by hand application with a cloth or plastic sponge (a piece of old but clean dish sponge is sufficient).

Package yield: approx. 15g per pair of shoes.

Durability of application: according to the frequency of use, usually several months with frequent use of the treated product. Experienced Sno-Seal® users say, "with Sno-Seal® you only need to impregnate your shoes 3 to 4 times a year".
